GUYZ, HARRY POTTER HAS TWO SHIRTS.One for winter and one for summer, how practical of you Harry.
Except the top one is his weird hallucination world.
Maybe he subconsciously wishes he had two shirts.
And contacts.
I’m rebloging this until I die

People sing a lot about break ups, but nobody warns you about when your friends leave.
Nobody tells you how you feel lost and instead of getting better it just gets harder not to think about, harder to remember who you are without them.

Mini Rant of the Day
My mini rant of the day is on, you guessed it, women’s bodies in media!!
Today I was flipping through an old Entertainment Weekly in the nurses office (pollen is a bitch) when I came across an article talking about the makeup used for Emma Stone’s character in Gangster Squad, which is a movie set in the 40’s and shot very much in the style of an old film noir. The makeup artist was talking about giving Emma the look of old 40’s actresses and she explained:
Adding curves to the actress’ petite frame required a little ingenuity. ”Back then women had hourglass figures. We sucked in [Emma’s waist] another two inches with a corset to give her more of a bosom”
Now, I am not opposed at all to Emma Stone (quite the opposite), nor am I opposed to actors changing their appearance for their part. However, the whole phrasing the interviewee used upset me. Women in the 40’s were not inherently curvier, curvy women were the style of the 40’s and were more prominent in the media, where stick thin or ‘petite’ women are the style now and subsequently all you will ever see on TV. Also if the movie wanted a curvy women, why did they not hire a curvy women. Contrary to this makeup artist’s beliefs curvy women are still abundant. Instead they took a women who has a different, thiner body-type and manipulated her to look skinnier to force the illusion of curves. The movie was a great opportunity to appreciate a curvy body-type we don’t get other chances to see in today’s movies, but instead we continue to see the same skinny women. Curvy women are just as beautiful as ‘petite’ women and they should be appreciated, not faked.

guitargirlwhowritessillysongs:
This girl was secretly a Super like the Incredibles. Her power was Babysitting.
Headcanon Accepted.
I have this headcanon that after they wiped her memory of Jack Jack’s ‘episode’ Rick Dicker decided to train her to become a special babysitter for supers because for all the chaos in the room and how frazzled she was in the end, Kari still kept the situation relatively under control.
Kari trained Phil Coulson. That’s why he’s so damn good at handling the Avengers.
